The Commissioner for Heritage's Office is inviting tenders for the conservation and revitalisation of Haw Par Mansion, a Grade 1 historic building.
     Located at 15A Tai Hang Road, Causeway Bay, the mansion Chinese Renaissance style with a private garden. The revitalisation project will preserve and transform the building into a heritage landmark, to be sustained by commercial business. The successful tenderer must provide a reasonable degree of free public access.
     Corporations duly registered in Hong Kong or elsewhere are eligible to submit tenders. To demonstrate their financial capability in taking up the task, they are required to possess a minimum of $60 million employed capital and a minimum of $60 million working capital.
