China has begun building an expressway that would link Wenchuan County and Yingxiu Township in southwestern Sichuan Province.
   The 52-km expressway will have two lanes in each direction. It will include 30 bridges and eight tunnels. Total investment is approximately RMB4.99 billion. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
