Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, International Gateway Centre is located atop the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus. The project will provide 2.6 million square feet of office premises and approximately 600,000 square feet of retail space.
    Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the project will be one of the most sustainable and environmentally-friendly buildings in the world, and set to obtain six major green and WELL building certifications*. Featuring plenty of green and wellness elements, the project will provide over 100,000 square feet of open space, including an outdoor observation deck open to the public.
