The Buildings Department approved 21 building plans in August - four on Hong Kong Island, 10 in Kowloon and seven in the New Territories.
Of the approved plans, 10 were for apartment and apartment-commercial developments, three were for commercial developments, two were for factory and industrial projects, and six were for community services developments.
Consent was given for works to start on 15 building projects, which will provide 60,042 sq m of gross floor area for domestic use involving 803 units, and 141,041 sq m for non-domestic use.
The department also issued 12 occupation permits - three on Hong Kong Island, three in Kowloon and six in the New Territories.
Buildings certified for occupation have 108,258 sq m of gross floor area for domestic use involving 1,622 units, and 20,646 sq m for non-domestic use.
