August 27, 2025 Yuen Mun LPH project to complete in Q3 2026 The Housing Bureau invited tenders for two Light Public Housing (LPH) operation and management contracts. The deadline is noon on October 10. The two contracts, relating to the LPH project at Yan Po Road, Tuen Mun, are for the operation and management of about 2,800 units each. The entire LPH project at Yan Po Road will provide about 5,600 units in total and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026. The project at Yan Po Road is relatively larger in scale, it is divided into two separate contracts to encourage participation from different experienced and aspirational organisations.
The contracts cover not only occupant management, property management and daily maintenance services, but also the provision of social services as well as the management and operation of ancillary facilities.
