The Philippines is currently undergoing an unprecedented construction surge, with the 15 major projects across commercial, public infrastructure, and housing sectors representing a combined investment well exceeding US$30–35 billion. This total is driven largely by transformative megaprojects such as the Metro Manila Subway (~US$7–9 billion) and the North–South Commuter Railway (~US$15 billion), alongside large-scale airport, mixed-use, and nationwide residential developments.
