MoMA store to open at K11 Musea
New World Development announced recently that New York’s The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) flagship store will open in August at K11 Musea, the retail part of Victoria Dockside in Tsim Sha Tsui. The store will be approximately 6,000 sq ft store, which makes it MoMa’s largest venue in Asia. MoMA has two other stores in Asia, in Tokyo and Kyoto.
     Arch Capital plans to offer about 150 units in three co-living projects across Hong Kong. According to news report, at Oootopia Kai Tak, its first such project in To Kwa Wan, it is charging between HK$9,400 and HK$15,200 for units ranging from a studio measuring 110 sq ft to a two-bedroom apartments measuring 208 sq ft. Another Oootopia is expected to open this month in Tai Kok Tsui and will have 49 units. A third property, located close to the University of Hong Kong, is set to be launched within the year.
