Zhuhai CEC is strategically located at the Pearl Estuary with close proximity to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. The overall development comprises an approximate GFA of 980,000 sq m. It is designated as the central core of the new Shizimen Central Business District, which has a total investment of over RMB12 billion. When Phase 2 is completed, it will further catalyze economic development, positioning the wider Hengqin region as Southern China's primary financial centre.
     10 DESIGN has won an international competition against 9 other international design firms for the second phase of a world class Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Centre in China (Zhuhai CEC). This phase will provide an additional new convention space, supported by office and retail components totalling 273,000 sq m. 
     Developed by Huafa Group, the project anticipates construction to commence in Q4 2016.
